I planned to book with Jarrod but I cannot see his name on the calendar
Jarrod only takes some appointments due to his client list being full. You can see Jarrod for:

• New client – Tax advice meetings
• New client – Free quote for late tax returns (3 or more years)
• Existing clients – Tax advice meetings (min $330 fee)
• Existing clients – Long tax return meetings (min $330 fee)
• Existing clients -BAS preparation

I have chosen one of the above options for Jarrod and he’s not available this month
Jarrod can book up several weeks in advance. He sometimes is allowed to take holidays! You might need to scroll forward to next month.

I’d like an inital meeting before I commit to booking. Do you offer that?

For larger jobs, it’s important to make sure we’re the right fit for each other.

We do free introductory meetings for these situations.

• Late with your tax returns (3 or more years) and want an initial chat about the best process for catching up. You can book this on the calendar.

Tax return appointments: do you charge per appointment or per tax return?
The price is per tax return, and the fee depends on the complexity of the return and the time taken.

We are booking as a couple. Are the minimum fees for the appointment per person?
Minimum fees are per couple.

For example, let’s say you book a long appointment (minimum $330) and we do two standard tax returns. We would charge $220 each ($440 total).

If you book a long appointment for a single tax return, the fee is at least $330. It could prove cheaper to book a short appointment.

What are your prices?
Advice meetings booked here are charged at $330 incl GST for the first 45 minutes and $330/hr after that. Sometimes, more specialised advice is needed which can cost more than that. However, we will quote for any additional time so you are aware of the costs before agreeing to those services.
