Standard Fees from 1 March 2026
Standard return from $242
Employees with deductions and minor investments (<5 dividends).
Complex return from $308
The higher rate will apply for the following:
- Rental property (see landlords heading below for more details)
- Capital gains tax
- Employee share schemes
- Motor vehicle claim using the log book method for the first year of a new car.
- Multiple trusts, managed funds or exchange traded funds (ETFs)
- Complex deductions / researching “grey-area” deductions.
- “Shoebox” method. If you bring in a pile of receipts we need to charge to sort/collate those. We recommend you do this prior to the meeting!!

Tax advice fees
Tax advice appointments – $363 for the first 45 minutes, then $363per hour. Further advice rates vary based on the staff member’s experience and hourly rate.
Specialist advice in relation residency issues with companies and trusts – $2,000 minimum charge.
Advice meetings go for 45 minutes, allowing 15 minutes to write up notes.
Business tax returns – company, trust
Please contact us for a quote for company and trust tax returns and financial statements.
BAS statement (per quarter) – $220
Full bookkeeping and ongoing subscription service – ask us for a price to outsource your entire bookkeeping, accounting and management accounting function. We’d be happy to arrange a free meeting to get to know your business and give an accurate quote.
Fee from refund
Fee from refund is available via an external provider. We charge $55 incl GST to cover their fee plus admin time, plus $12 extra if there are two refunds (e.g. you are lodging tax returns for more than one year at the same time).
